Summary: Staff checking in was friendly. One of our rooms was dirty and smelled of string cleaning solution. Had to open a broken window to get the smell down.

Summary: Comfortable stay and convenient location. Printer wasn’t hooked up to computer so I wasn’t able to print out boarding pass. Not a big deal. Nice to have a kitchen. Nice accepting pets.

Summary: The room booked was not available at check-in due to the hotel having had to move another guest. The gal at the front desk was super friendly, apologetic, and set us up with another equally acceptable room. She, and the clerk on duty at check-out in the morning were very pleasant and efficient in their role. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were disappointed the coffee service in lobby in the morning was not available as the machine was out of order. We would stay again.
